Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) but on some rare occasions it can take up to 7 days.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on holidays/weekends will be processed on the next business day for most occasions.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

  • We ship throughout India via trusted courier partners.

  • Typical delivery times are between 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery timeframes may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free shipping is available on Prepaid Orders

  • For Partial-COD Orders, We charge a minimal advanced shipping fee of INR 150.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your parcel.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days after order confirmation email, please contact us at support@keikofit.store.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not offered at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Report any damage or missing package immediately to support@keikofit.store.

  • For damaged items, please refer to our Refund and Replacement Policy which requires an unboxing video.

Delayed or Non-Delivery Orders

  • If your order is not delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase, you may contact us to request a full refund.
